How should you read these numbers?
ADR is the average nightly rate for booked nights. Occupancy is the share of available nights that were booked. RevPAR is revenue per available night, so it already blends the two. Compare RevPAR first, because a high ADR with low occupancy can earn less than a modest ADR that stays booked.
Market figures are AirROI averages for the locality named on each market page, pulled 2026-10-16. A market with fewer than 30 active AirROI listings does not get a page. RevFactor's own results are on the case study pages and in the STR revenue benchmarks post, which prints the +24% RevPAR versus comp set figure and its method.
